1:ORDERS
Orders are cut and packed within 2 business days. Orders are sent with Australia Post. Or occasionally with Sendle.
Tracking numbers will be provided upon sending.
You can track your orders online with Australia Post online account.

I can combine orders if you have made another order and have one existing waiting to be cut.
Please select combine with unsent order.
Fabrics are sold in 50cm increments;
​
1 Unit = 50cm (half a meter)
2 Units= 1.0m (1 meter)
3 Units = 1.5m (1 and a half meters)
and so on. Fabric is sent as 1 continuous piece. e.g. 5 Units = 2.5m - 1x 2.5m long piece will be cut and sent.

Ribbing is sold in 10cm increments so 1 unit = 10cm. If you order more, it will be cut in 1 continuous peice. e.g. 3 units would be 30cm in one peice.

2:PRE-ORDERS
We now have a Pre-order that runs monthly - consecutively. The next pre-order submission is 31st May 2024
​
There is no end date as such - most prints are available all the time - some new ones will be added regularly - some may be removed. If there is one that you wanted that you don't see anymore - email us and we can add it.
​
There is up to 6 to 8 week turnaround for pre-order prints. It is usually 8 weeks - but sometimes due to delays it can be up to 10 weeks.

Print your own fabrics minimum is 1 unit - which is 1 meter (100cm)

Some are printed in China at an ethical factory. We have checked certifications for fabrics and regulations regarding fabrics and operations and are happy that these meet our standards.
Some are printed in Melbourne, some are printed in Brisbane.

Extra Fabric from the pre-order will be listed afterwards for sale.

Please do not combine pre-orders with in stock fabrics unless you are okay with me holding on to the in-stock fabric until the pre-order arrives, then combining and sending. If you want your in stock immediately, please place a separate order.

In the event that your order is delayed - Express post will be free to compensate.
3:PAYMENT
Payments to be made immediately except when using cash..

Pickup orders require payment via the website first.
Cash on pick-up is available for Local Perth Pick-up to approved customers with prior arrangements.

We do have an onsite point of sale for credit cards also if you'd like to come and have a look in store by appointment

5 pages or less A0 Printing $8.50 standard, $12 express.

Local pickup is available - A Ready for pickup email will be sent to let you know it is available for pick up. Please then reply to the email or text 0432 625 087 giving your name and order # - to schedule a pick up time and day. Most orders can be ready the same day.

Pre-Payment is required for pickup orders unless prior arranged.
Orders are left in the drop box at the front door for collection.
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING if you spend over $200 - All orders over $200 Qualify for Free Express shipping

International shipping not available at this time, except to NZ by weight. If order is not calculated correctly, I will send an additional email with the difference to be paid before shipping.

5:RETURNS
So, Due to the nature of buying fabric off a screen and not being able to feel it before you buy it, we do accept returns and give refunds for a simple change of mind, because if you don't like it, we are not happy. I've never had this happen, but in the event you are unhappy with your fabric or purchase - get in touch and we can work something out.
If the issue is due to a quality problem - Please take a picture of the problem, email it to us at contact@kwaintthreads.com.au and we will discuss what will happen.

Books & Accessories: Contact us within 24 hours to discuss the item and a resolution.
​
Threads: We don't accept returns on opened threads, unless there is a quality issue.
Made an error in colour selection? We are happy to swap threads for other colours provided they are unopened and our originally purchased products. Post return at buyers expense.

Consumable items really can't be returned.
